Prayers Answered, by Scott

As many of you know, I (Scott) applied to the Stanford PA (physician assistant)Program, and I have been super stressed out waiting to hear anything - I lost even more hair (if you can believe it). I called Stanford at the end of December, and they said that they were reviewing my application, and I would know by the end of December or early January if I was moving on to the interview phase. Just a few weeks ago, I checked my e-mail just by chance (I hardly ever check it) and noticed that I had something from Stanford. I guess Bakersfield College sent my transcript request paper instead of the actual transcripts, and Stanford needed them and one other piece of information ASAP. I took care of the problem, and I worried constantly as the program states very clearly that if any information is missing they could reject my application. I called again to make sure that they recieved my transcripts. They were not there yet, but they told me that I would be hearing by the end of January for sure. Well as you can tell by the date, I did'nt hear anything. So I called again today, and they told me that once piece came, but they could not find another piece of information. They told me, however, that that could be fixed at the interview. They were officially offering me an interiew and said that I would be getting the exact date very soon (due to a large amount of applicants it was taking longer than expected). So I HAVE AN INTERVIEW. God answers prayer. We just need to keep praying that the interview will go well.
